- Once quote is provided on customers custom piece, 50% down payment will be required by date disclosed in order for the process to be initiated.
- Detailed photos will be provided to the customer including but not limited to the slab of wood and the layout of the custom piece. Any alterations must be made at this step.
- Once the slab layout has been approved, cutting will begin. 50% down payment can only be reimbursed before approval of the layout. Once cutting has begun, 50% down payment is not eligible for reimbursement.
- No returns or refunds are permitted for any and all custom pieces.
